The Importance of Taking a Multivitamin

Is it surprising to learn that even if you ate all the suggested daily servings of fruits and vegetables, you still would not be getting your daily requirements of vitamins and minerals? Pregnancy is another important reason to take multivitamins, considering there is a growing baby that needs and takes from your body what it needs for its own development.
