Arm lifts while sitting at your desk can help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, improve your circulation, and help prevent weight gain. There are many different quick and easy exercises that you can do while sitting at your desk or in front of the television. Once you get into the habit of doing these exercises through your day, you will notice an improvement in your health and the way you are feeling.
